Shipping information

We aim to deliver your order as smoothly and promptly as possible. Below you’ll find all the key information relating to our shipping terms.


COURIER SERVICE

All orders are shipped via DPD, a reliable and fully tracked UK delivery service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. While we aim to meet these timescales, please allow up to 7 working days during busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays).

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.


DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order size and location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

Orders received after 12pm may be processed the next working day.


DELIVERY AREAS

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.


TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey. DPD will also provide delivery time estimates and options for redelivery if needed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is complete and correct. We cannot be held liable for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERIES

If you are not available to receive your delivery, DPD will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, where possible. You may also be given the option to reschedule or collect from a local pickup point.

If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@armorgielondon.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assist you with a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.


DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, transport strikes, or courier disruption. If a delay is likely to significantly impact your order, we will contact you directly to provide updates.
