Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned to us within a further 14 days.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@armorgielondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
Please ensure you retain proof of postage for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Customised or personalised products
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either:
- Replace the item (if stock is available), or
- Offer a full refund, including return shipping costs
Evidence of the fault may be requested (e.g. photo or video) for processing.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. As a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them within a further 14 days.
